If you must use Internet Explorer:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer. Versions < 11 will not work.
Click on the Help Menu and choose about to see the version number.
To create a link on your Windows Desktop: Right click on your desktop, hover over NEW then choose SHORTCUT. You will be asked to enter the location of the item, type https://app.groomsoft.com - click next and name the shortcut Groomsoft.
To create a link on your iPad/iPhone: open Safari then navigate to https://app.groomsoft.com. Tap the Actions/Share button (looks like a box with an arrow coming out of it). (Right side of bookmark button) Tap the Groomsoft Paw "Add to Home Screen" option, click add.
To create a link on your Android: Navigate to https://app.groomsoft.com. Tap your devices menu button then select the "Add shortcut to home screen" option.
Groomsoft has a setup wizard that will walk you through every step.
If you want to get back to the setup wizard from anywhwere within the Groomsoft app, click the Paw logo in the left side of the menu bar. If you have setup that needs to be completed, it will be shown to you.
To add groomers to Groomsoft, go to the Settings menu and choose Users, then click the "New User" button.
Yes, simply change your country setting from United States to Canada. To do this, go to the Settings menu and choose the "Salon Info" button, click edit, and choose Canada for your country, finally click save.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset.
This action should correct the problem.
Hover or click on your name in the menu bar and choose "My Profile". From there you can click the "Edit My Profile" button.
