Features of syncing your Groomsoft appointments to Google Calendar

1. Salon owners can decide who is allowed to sync their Groomsoft appointments to Google Calendar.
2. Groomsoft will create a new Google Calendar in your account named Groomsoft so as not to interfere with your personal calendar.
3. Groomsoft will sync only appointments assigned to you.
4. Optionally, set up to two reminders for these appointments in your Google Calendar, which will remind you on your phone.
5. All the important details are synced:
   • Customer name, address and contact information, including customer tags
   • Additional contact names and contact information
   • Pets on the appointment along with their details, behaviors, pet tags and any vaccinations expiration dates
   • Date and time of appointment
   • Status of appointment
   • Customer instructions and/or selected services
6. If any of the above data changes and the appointment is still in the future, the appointment will be updated in your Google Calendar.
7. This feature is included with your paid subscription.
   This feature is not available in Demo accounts
